Purchase, Subscription, Credits, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Purchases and renewal
Vuxa Pro and credit packs are offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat supports entitlement synchronization but is not the card processor. Production self-service web checkout is disabled.
Subscriptions renew according to the period and price displayed by the store until cancelled there. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not reverse an already completed billing period.
Refunds and statutory remedies
Request a store purchase refund through Apple's Report a Problem service or Google Play's available refund/support flow. Vuxa support can investigate entitlement delivery but cannot promise or issue a store-controlled reversal.
Store rules do not remove mandatory rights under EU/EEA, UK, US state, or other applicable consumer law, including remedies for digital content that is not supplied or does not conform. By purchasing digital content, subscriptions, or credit packs, you request and agree to their immediate delivery and performance. Under applicable consumer laws, you acknowledge and agree that you lose any statutory 14-day cooling-off refund right or right of withdrawal once the digital performance begins or delivery occurs.
Credits and restoration
Purchased credits do not expire while the Vuxa account remains open. Deleting the account permanently erases unused purchased credits; Apple and Google do not restore consumable credit packs. Credits may also be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, duplicate grants, fraud, or legal requirements.
An active Pro subscription can be restored in Settings to the currently signed-in Vuxa account. Within the same billing period, restoration returns only the unused subscription-credit remainder. Contact [email protected] for missing entitlements.
