Email info@joinvuxa.com with your question. If it is about your account, send it from the email you sign in with, or include your player name.

Delete your account

Open Vuxa, go to the You tab, open Settings and tap Delete Account. See what we delete and what we keep.

Manage or cancel Vuxa Pro

Pro bought in the iOS app is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone or iPad Settings under your name and Subscriptions. If you reinstall the app, open Settings in Vuxa and tap Restore Pro Subscription.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Read our refund policy for details.

Friends can’t join my game

Check that they opened the latest link or typed the room code exactly. Joining works in any modern browser, so they don’t need the app or an account.

How to delete your account

1. Open Vuxa and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab and open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Can’t open the app? Email info@joinvuxa.com from the email you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We reply within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel Vuxa Pro: cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

What we delete

• Your sign-in and account
• Your profile: display name, username, avatar, country flag and birth year
• Your games, scores, progress, streaks, XP, badges, credits and Pro on Vuxa
• Your friends, blocks and the Dares you made
• Your Vuxa Live images and saved question sets
• Your purchase history and the app activity linked to you

Deletion starts as soon as you confirm and is permanent.

What we keep, and for how long

• Community quizzes you shared stay published, with no link to you.
• On other players’ Dare leaderboards your entry shows as Deleted User.
• Reports you made or received are kept for moderation without your account identifier.
• Store transaction IDs, with no link to your account, are kept so a purchase can’t be redeemed twice, and for accounting records.
• If you received the sign-up gift, a one-way token from your Google or Apple sign-in is kept for up to 24 months so the gift can’t be claimed again.
• Removal from backups can take a little longer.

Use Vuxa in ChatGPT

Add Vuxa from the apps in ChatGPT, then ask for a Vuxa quiz on almost any topic, for example “Make me a Vuxa quiz about the Roman Empire”. ChatGPT writes ten questions and Vuxa turns them into a quiz you can play right there with Try it solo, or share with its link. To play with friends, tap Host live on Vuxa: the first time, ChatGPT asks you to connect Vuxa, as a guest with no account or with your existing Vuxa account. Friends join from the invite link or QR code in any browser.

Disconnect Vuxa from ChatGPT

Open ChatGPT Settings, go to Apps, choose Vuxa and disconnect it. This ends Vuxa’s connection to your ChatGPT. Quizzes and links you already made keep working until they expire.

Delete my host data

If you host as a guest, tap Delete my host data in the Vuxa window in ChatGPT, or ask ChatGPT to delete your Vuxa host data. This closes your open rooms and deletes your hosting data, and your connection continues as a new guest (from the third time in a day, you connect Vuxa again). Read the privacy policy for what is kept and for how long. If you host with your Vuxa account, you can also delete the account in the app.

Report a quiz

Tap Report on the quiz page or in the game. You can also email info@joinvuxa.com with the quiz link, why it is illegal or breaks our Terms, and your name and email. We will tell you the outcome.

Contact us about ChatGPT

Email info@joinvuxa.com and say you used Vuxa in ChatGPT. Include the quiz or room link if you have one. Don’t send your ChatGPT conversation.
